The original manufacturer's crayon machine Applicable to production students use crayons., which are widely used in different formulations of crayons, produced a crayon surface is smooth and tidy, crayon shape processing according to the requirement, and can be adjusted to within the scope of arbitrary length.

Main Features

1) Simple and reliable structure ,easy in installation and maintain.Crayon mold punch and thimble manufactured by the       brass rod, mold frame welded by steel plate; clean-up port around the mold frame, which is easy to clean up the dirt     

      for a long time forming. The mold designs four intakes and four outlets to cool evenly and rapidly.
2) Mould mandrel sealed using sealing thread ， durable and good sealing effect.
3) Hydraulic lift used, landing site with ∮ 180 mm strong pillar and ∮ 100 mm hydraulic cylinders, it can reach 3 tons of   

     pressure.
4) Just to move the operation switch when operating; the trip switch control the length, which can be adjusted to any 

     length within the range.
5)Production process:Inject wax twice, once forming.
